On the path to enlightenment, in any meditative practice we encounter the silence. But what is this silence. This is only silence and simply calm. In the rush of everyday life, you only realize at moments of exhaustion. So get out there. When you're tired, force yourself to focus, to see, to imagine that there is a point of white light within you. Gently try to keep the focus on this small and light on your breathing should be slow and deep. This can be in the head or heart. Practice without anguish, without wanting to get it, just do it.
